I was searching around the other day and found this great site which shows some fairly basic “how to” videos on creating desktop video. Looks interesting.
I like this idea for customer service in remote areas. New England Credit Union uses video conferencing technology to enable internal communication like face to face meetings across remote areas as well as servicing customers with better access to financial advisors and the like through video conferencing.
